Returns & Refunds policy

1. Private Lesson Policy ($80 Prepaid Rate)

• The cost of a prepaid private lesson is $80.

• To receive a 100% refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson will receive a 50% refund.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 1 hour or less before the lesson or for no-shows.

• Lessons may be rescheduled without penalty if done at least 24 hours in advance.

2. Last-Minute or Unpaid Private Lessons ($90 Rate)

• If you choose not to prepay or book a lesson last-minute (same day), the cost is $90.

• This rate is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or no-show.

3. Group Lesson Rates

• 2 players: $40 per person

• 3 players: $30 per person

• 4 or more players: $25 per person

4. Sparring + Coaching Combo

• Lessons that include both a coach and a sparring partner are $100, as they require two staff members.

5. High-Performance Personalized Packages

• High-performance training packages are customized based on the specific time and needs of each player.

• Pricing and scheduling are agreed upon directly with the Head Coach.
