Rain/Storm Policy

RAIN OUT – NO time on court
Pay day of players will receive full refund in the event of a full rain cancellation or lightning threat
Pre-Paid players will receive make-up lesson

Pay day of players will receive partial refund based on hourly rate
Pre-paid will receive make-up lesson for time lost

Pay upfront for an entire month
$160 per player
1 session per week (4 sessions total)
One session use it or lose it per week minimum
Extenuating circumstances
Pull in future sessions as needed
(In example - client out of town last two weeks of month - uses two session each in the first two weeks.
All four sessions are used before month end
Pay for more sessions at $40 per session.
